2.科研情况

课题组以磷酸二酯酶为靶标,结合海南丰富独特的黎药与海洋药物资源,进行新型PDE小分子抑制剂开发、适应症探索以及机制研究。目前已在Acta Pharm Sin B, J Med Chem, Chinese Chem Lett, J. Enzym. Inhib. Med. Chem.SCI期刊发表论文20余篇,其中以通讯/第一作者发表文章10余篇。申请专利10余项,其中授权8项。
