瞄准国家重大需求,面向人民生命健康,致力于衰老(相关疾病)靶标/机制研究与候选新药研发。
(1)基于老药库(化药+中草药)开展抗衰老活性筛选、药效评价、靶标/机制研究和结构优化,已解析10余种老药抗衰老新用途。
(2)综合构建线虫、细胞(肺、肾、皮肤、角膜内皮、血管内皮细胞等)、小鼠(衰老和器官增龄疾病模型)水平的抗衰老研究平台,包含抗衰老表型筛选→活性确证→靶标鉴定与确证→机制通路研究→结构优化→成药性评价,助力衰老及相关疾病干预药物研发。
(3)在Nature Aging、Advanced Science、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等期刊发表论文20余篇;申请专利15项;主持国自然面上项目、国自然青年科学基金项目、海南省科学基金、横向课题等6项。
