课题组围绕小分子药物与核酸的高效递送，开发了刺激响应性纳米粒、仿生纳米粒等新型智能纳米递送系统，取得了系列研究成果。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文13篇，发表于Journal of Controlled Release、Chemical Engineering Journal、Journal of Nanobiotechnology、Acta Biomaterialia等国外重要期刊，其中中科院一区且影响因子10以上6篇。主持并参与国家级及省级科研项目5项。
