2.科研情况

聚焦于肺部疾病与感染性疾病,采用计算机辅助药物设计、基于靶点的药物设计等方法进行药物开发与相关机制研究。近5年在J. Med. Chem, Eur J Med Chem等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇;主持国自然青年基金项、参与国自然面上项目项;完成上海医药集团横向项,所设计并合成分子A17现已上海济煜医药科技有限公司达成合作

3.研究领域:药物化学与化学生物学

新型PDE 7抑制剂的开发与机制研究;

抗耐药感染药物开发与机制研究;

新型偶联药物与降解剂开发;
