团队负责人

   

张之昊,研究员。本科、硕士毕业于中国药科大学,博士毕业于澳门科技大学,其后在美国密西西比大学、美国橡树岭国家实验室从事博士后研究。长期从事肾脏药理学、系统生物学和肠道微生物等领域的研究。以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文31篇,包括Nature子刊Nature Communications(IF=16.6, 最后通讯)1篇、Cell子刊Cell reports(IF=7.5, 最后通讯)1篇、药理领域权威期刊Pharmacological Research(IF=9.3,共同通讯)1篇,Theranostics(IF=12.4,共同通讯)1篇、Acta Pharmacol Sin(IF=8.2,最后通讯/第一作者)2篇、Phytomedicine(IF=7.9,最后通讯)1篇、Organic Letters(IF=5.2,共同通讯)1篇等。总引用次数累计2000多次,申请国家发明专利7项,已授权2项。主持承担国家自然科学基金1项、作为重要成员参与科技部重大新药创制1项、教育部校双一流建设项目1项,横向科研项目3项。担任The Innovation(IF=32.1)等学术期刊青年编委。

1.团队介绍

面向国家大健康战略需求,团队从事“中药调控肠道菌群和代谢紊乱改善慢性肾病作用机制的研究”,以中医药整体观和系统生物学理论为指导,以临床样本为基石、以组学分析为工具,以积雪草、大黄等中药为研究对象,发展了“源于临床、解码成分、阐明机制”的基础-临床转化研究模式,从肠道菌群和代谢稳态角度探索慢性肾病发生发展规律和中药干预下的转归效应与机制。

1) 基于代谢组学发现CKD诊断生物标志物;

2) 中药及其活性成分抗慢性肾病作用靶点、作用机制研究;

3) 基于肠道菌群-内源性代谢物-抗慢性肾病的作用机制解析。
